Job Responsibilities:

✅ Provide technical support for the Blackboard LMS system

✅ Assist in producing and using eLearning course tools

✅ Support staff in managing and maintaining the system

✅ Ensure internet security and data privacy compliance

✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions

✅ Manage time efficiently and communicate effectively

Requirements:

🔹 University degree in Computer Science or Engineering

🔹 3+ years of experience in similar projects

🔹 Strong background in technical support

🔹 Experience in eLearning course tools and system support

🔹 Proficiency in English

🔹 Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
