Database Architect

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Architect to join our team. 
Location: UK
Experience: 4+ years

➡ Proven experience as a Database Architect or in a similar role, with a strong background in database design, implementation, and optimization.
➡ Expertise in one or more relational database management systems (RDBMS), such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
➡ Proficiency in database modeling and design techniques, including entity-relationship (ER) modeling and normalization.
➡ Strong knowledge of SQL and query optimization techniques.
➡ Familiarity with non-relational databases (NoSQL) and Big Data technologies is a plus.
➡ Experience in database performance tuning and monitoring tools.
➡ Solid understanding of database security, data encryption, and backup and recovery strategies.
➡ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and design appropriate database solutions.
➡ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
➡ Knowledge of cloud-based database services, such as Amazon RDS or Azure SQL Database, is a plus.
➡ Database certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, are desirable.
