We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Data Scientist and Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing data team. This role combines the expertise of data science, data analysis, business intelligence (BI) development, and geographic information systems (GIS) analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models, analyzing complex datasets, creating insightful dashboards, and utilizing spatial data to identify emerging trends in the real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast property growth and investment opportunities.

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to property investment.

- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making processes.

- Utilize GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) to analyze spatial data and identify growth trends in different suburbs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements and business objectives.

- Clean, preprocess, and validate data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and correlations in the data.

- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science, BI, and GIS.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Geography, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence development.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
