Data Scientist

Description:

● Experience in providing data driven insights using Data Science and Statistics.

● Experience in Python and can build data models and reporting structures, using Python for data pipelines and populating reporting structures

● Skilled in SQL and can query databases to answer ad-hoc business questions as well as provide analytical reports, insights and commentaries on trends, highlight issues, propose remediations etc.

● Skilled in Tableau (Designer, Prep) or a similar visual dashboard tool or happy to learn on the job.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree is required in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or any quantitative background

● Demonstrated ability to work with numbers and data analysis

● Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

● Good knowledge of Python & SQL and have worked with the following packages: pandas, numpy, sk-learn with at least 1-2 years’ experience

● Keen to hear from candidates who have a data science related academic degree
