Data Entry Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a female data entry operator who is proficient in social media posting and has some knowledge of website listing. The ideal candidate should be able to accurately enter data into our system, while also being able to create and manage social media content and perform website listing tasks as needed. The candidate should be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently
• Create and manage social media content for the company
• Perform website listing tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entered
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of website listing and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
