Your Role:
As our Data Engineer, you will:
- Take full ownership of our Product Analytics platform, PostHog, ensuring seamless integration into our data ecosystem.
- Design, manage, and optimize data pipelines while enabling insightful analytics.
- Manage and enhance the PostHog Product Analytics platform for actionable insights.
- Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Implement and optimize data storage and processing solutions on AWS and GCP.
- Leverage BigQuery for advanced data warehousing and analytics.
- Build and automate dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.

What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with PostHog or similar product analytics platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g., BigQuery).
- Skilled in creating impactful visualizations in Power BI.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
