Data Annotator

Description:

Cowlar (Pvt) Ltd., a venture-funded Y-Combinator startup, is seeking detail-oriented Data Annotators to support AI and Machine Learning model development. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and tagging images, text, audio, or video to help train cutting-edge AI models. You will also work closely with technical and business teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data labeling processes.

This role offers a structured training program where your compensation grows as your skills evolve. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to expand into multiple areas such as Quality Assurance, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Annotation & Labeling

✔ Accurately label and annotate data (images, text, audio, video) following detailed guidelines.
✔ Review and verify annotations for high-quality standards.
✔ Work with AI/ML teams to improve annotation quality.
✔ Identify patterns and inconsistencies in datasets.
✔ Learn and use internal annotation tools effectively.
✔ Assist in data analysis and insights generation.

Quality Assurance (Software & API Testing)

✔ Perform web and Android application debugging.
✔ Utilize Chrome DevTools for inspecting web applications.
✔ Test API endpoints, HTTP methods, and analyze JSON data.
✔ Manage SQL database queries for data validation.
✔ Debug email management & automation workflows.
