Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data related to toll operations, traffic flow, and monitoring CCTV cameras at our toll plazas and weigh stations. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and visualize large data sets to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from toll plazas, weigh stations, and traffic flow to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure smooth operations and identify any potential issues in real-time.
- Generate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly traffic data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for improving toll operations.
- Conduct performance analysis and assist with troubleshooting data discrepancies or anomalies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis or a similar role, ideally within infrastructure or transport-related industries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing CCTV footage.
