Data Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client queries related to IoT, software, and data management. You will monitor and analyze data recorded through GPS tracking devices, RFIDs, and other hardware devices, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Monitoring: Oversee and analyze data from web portals and hardware devices, including GPS trackers and RFIDs.

Client Support: Address and resolve queries from clients regarding IoT, software, and data management.

Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to support client needs and operational improvements.

Reporting: Develop and present reports and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance data management practices and support client requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

· Experience in data analysis or a similar role; prior experience in the tracking industry is an advantage.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel).

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle client queries and provide effective solutions.
