Data Analyst

Description:

This position will be responsible to:
➤ Extract, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth.
➤ Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports using Power BI for sales team members and management.
➤ Collaborate with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
➤ Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support salesn  forecasting, territory planning, and customer segmentation.
➤ Assist in developing KPIs and metrics to track sales performance and provide regular reports on key sales metrics.
➤ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align data analysis efforts and support overall business goals.
Education:
MBA/CA (Inter)/ACCA/ACMA
Experience:
pepsi
5+ Years relevant experience preferably in FMCG / manufacturing firm
Skills:
• Proficiency in using Power BI and other data visualization tools for sales analysis.
• Proven experience in data mining, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to sales team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales-oriented mindset in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are a plus
