Position Summary: As an Outbound Contact Center Representative, you will reach out to potential clients to verify their information and assist them with Medicare and ACA enrollment. This role offers a basic salary, along with daily and weekly bonuses based on your performance and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to verify their eligibility for Medicare and ACA programs.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about healthcare options and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients.
  • Document interactions and update client information accurately in our system.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
  • Participate in training to enhance your product knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications:
 

  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
  • Good listening skills to understand and address client needs.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and client management.
