Customer Technical Support Engineer

 

Description:

We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with computer hardware, networking, VoIP phones, switches, and routers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks and hardware.
  • Configure and maintain network equipment, including VoIP phones, switches, and routers.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers via email and phone.
  • Monitor and maintain VoIP systems.
  • Oversee system performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on all systems.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience with computer networking and VoIP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of switches and routers.
  • Fluent English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
