Description:
We are looking for Technical Customer Support Executives for our customer support team to provide real time customer support (calls, emails and chat) for the users of Cielo Breez Smart Thermostats.
Requirement & Responsibilities:
• Eastern Time shift for US based customers.
• Customer focused persons - very simple!
• Real time interaction with customer over the phone, chat or email.
• Hands-on knowledge and Proficiency in Zendesk.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.
