Description:

ibex is looking for Customer Support Specialists to provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions. This full-time, on-site role is based at Ibex Tower, near FTC, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, providing technical support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve technical issues and provide necessary support
✔ Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication
Multi-task and prioritize tasks while managing multiple customer interactions
✔ Utilize customer engagement software to track and resolve concerns

Requirements:

✔ Strong customer support and technical support skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
Experience with customer engagement platforms is a plus
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Fresh candidates, O/A Levels students encouraged to apply
