Description:
ibex is looking for Customer Support Specialists to provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions. This full-time, on-site role is based at Ibex Tower, near FTC, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, providing technical support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
✔ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
✔ Resolve technical issues and provide necessary support
✔ Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication
✔ Multi-task and prioritize tasks while managing multiple customer interactions
✔ Utilize customer engagement software to track and resolve concerns
✔ Strong customer support and technical support skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
✔ Experience with customer engagement platforms is a plus
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
✔ Fresh candidates, O/A Levels students encouraged to apply
