Description:

Turn Up Technologies is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at the Karachi Development Centre. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, with a strong command of communication through Email, WhatsApp, and Chat. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support for our product-based platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via Email, WhatsApp, and Chat.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.

- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- Contribute to the development of support materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

- Stay updated with the latest product features, updates, and company policies.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills.

 

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a product-based environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

- Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude in handling customer interactions.
