Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be our customer's first point of contact. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our brand. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed product information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to address customer feedback and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and MS Office.
  • A passion for men's ethnic wear and a good sense of fashion is a plus.
