Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls and chat.
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, order confirmation, product-related questions, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Intermediate or Bachelor's
  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce customer support or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and CRM software
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
