This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients remotely. Furthermore will be doing prospectus & following up.

Requirements

• Must have Commendable English Speaking Skills
• Must have Customer Support / Sales Experience
• B2B industry Experience is Beneficial for this role.
• Having US Accent is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work in Pacific standard TImings
• Must have good internet connection and stable computer
