Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist at TechMatter Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of one year of international cold-calling experience, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote our products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolutions.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications: Fresh graduates or O/A Level

Minimum of 1 year of experience in international cold calling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and patience.
