Customer Support Representative

 

Description:

Saheliyan is looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in the fashion and footwear industry, particularly in bridal and formalwear. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (spoken & written) and proficient in modern CRM tools to ensure top-notch customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

• Provide fashion advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain and update customer records using CRM software.

• Work closely with the sales and operations team for order processing and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.

 

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service within the fashion, footwear, bridal, or formalwear industry.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.

• A proactive and customer-centric approach.
