Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries professionally via calls.

  • Provide effective solutions and support to clients.

  • Maintain call flow and service quality standards.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • O-Levels/Intermediate or above qualification.

  • Fluent in English & Urdu (Neutral Accent).

  • Call center & sales experience preferred.

  • Basic computer skills are required.

  • Strong time management and priority-setting abilities.

  • Self-motivated and professional approach.
