Customer Support Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team at DigiMEDSPA Solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of technology, excellent client-handling skills, and fluent English proficiency to interact with US clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

✅ Provide exceptional customer support via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat

✅ Conduct live demos and training sessions for clients on DigiMEDSPA Solutions

✅ Manage onboarding, post-sales support, and client follow-ups

✅ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues

✅ Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate product/service information

 

Requirements:

 

🔹 Strong technical knowledge and understanding of product functionalities

🔹 Prior experience in client communication and problem resolution

🔹 Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
