Nationwide Enterprises is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
✔ Customer Interaction – Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat professionally.
✔ Problem Resolution – Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
✔ Product Knowledge – Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services to assist customers effectively.
✔ Record Keeping – Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
✔ Sales & Retention – Identify upselling opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers.
✔ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or a similar role.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written English communication skills.
✔ Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience.
✔ Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
✔ Flexibility: Comfortable working in evening shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
