Description:

Cyber System is hiring Customer Support Representatives (CSR) with medical front desk (inbound) experience to manage patient interactions professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle patient scheduling, eligibility verification, and pre-authorizations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound video calls with professional greetings.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-ups.
  • Conduct eligibility verification for patient services.
  • Send appointment reminders to patients.
  • Manage pre-authorization requests and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).
  • Fluent English (Oral & Verbal).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in Medical Front Desk (Inbound).

Salary & Benefits:

  • PKR 60,000 - PKR 70,000 per month (Based on interview performance).
  • Bonuses & Medical Insurance will be offered based on skills and expertise.
  • Paid training provided at full pay from the date of joining.

Working Hours:

  • 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM (Monday to Saturday).
  • Pick and Drop Available for Female Employees.
