Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and general support.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and problem resolution.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to provide accurate assistance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Intermediate or higher education (Preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inbound Campaigns, Xfinity, or Customer Support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
