Geekinn (Private) Limited is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Resourceinn HRMS & Payroll team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive in client-facing roles and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the HR tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries efficiently
✅ Provide technical support for the Resourceinn HRMS & Payroll system
✅ Ensure prompt issue resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
✅ Educate clients on platform features and best practices
✅ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
✅ Work closely with the development team to report system issues and suggest improvements

Who We Are Looking For:

✔️ 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related role
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, or SaaS platforms is a plus
✔️ Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and troubleshooting methods
