Description:
We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal databases as required.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support and ensure client needs are met.
- Assist customers in navigating our services and provide detailed explanations of company policies and offerings.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer service software is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if needed.
