Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via multiple communication channels.
• Assist clients in resolving queries related to Resourceinn HRMS and Payroll solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
