Bookme.pk is seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our growing Customer Support team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries related to booking experiences on Bookme.pk. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Clearly understand customer needs and issues, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Troubleshoot booking problems, address booking cancellations, and resolve any ticketing-related concerns.
- Guide customers through the booking process, offering clear and concise instructions.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, such as password resets and profile management.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and respectful language.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and find efficient solutions.
- De-escalate customer frustrations and maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout interactions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or mobile platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
