Customer Support Representative

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at GROOVY in Karchi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate customer records.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

● Provide accurate information about our products and services.

● Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.

● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

● Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

● Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

● Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

 

 

Qualifications

 

● A high school diploma or degree is a must.

● 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role.

● Proficiency in using E-commerce platforms like Shopify and Daraz.
