Description:

We are seeking confident, results-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our outbound call center team! As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products/services, build relationships, and drive sales.

*Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services
- Build relationships and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and persistence
- Update customer information and transaction records accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction

*Requirements:*

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of outbound call center experience preferred
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
