Responsibilities:
Inbound Support:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone calls and email.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
