Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective customer support via chat and potentially through calls.

  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and guide them through various processes.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
