Description:

As an Email Support Executive at Aosom.co.uk, your responsibilities will include:

Professionally responding to customer inquiries through email on platforms such as eBay, Walmart, Amazon, ManoMano and our Aosom.co.uk website.

Meticulously documenting each customer's questions or issues and delivering effective solutions.

Collaborating with our back-end team to facilitate order processing and address updates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Engaging with courier companies to address tracking issues and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our products.

Proactively reaching out to customers via email for follow-up, ensuring their needs are met.

Coordinating and scheduling pickups for parcel collections when necessary.

Communicating with your teammates to gather and share pertinent information.

Meeting daily targets by responding to at least 80 customer tickets, providing top-quality support.

 

Qualifications:

 

Strong written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Previous experience in email support or customer service is advantageous.

Proficiency in using Zendesk, Walmart, Amazon, and Aosom.co.uk platforms.

The ability to work effectively during the morning and afternoon shift (9 am to 6 pm, 1 pm to 10 pm).

Exceptional problem-solving skills and an acute attention to detail.

A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
