Description:

Sumato Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) with expertise in ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities and prior experience in handling ERP related customer queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for ERP users.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in ERP system training for clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical bugs.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in any relevant field.
  • 1+ years of experience in ERP support or customer service within a software house.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
