As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels.

  • Analyze and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer experience.

  • Manage time effectively to meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English communication.

  • Minimum education: Graduation, A-Levels, or O-Levels.

  • Strong analytical and observational skills.

  • Computer proficiency.

  • Team management capabilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure with effective time management.

  • Prior experience in a contact center or content moderation is preferred.
