This role requires individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels.
Analyze and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy.
Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer experience.
Manage time effectively to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English communication.
Minimum education: Graduation, A-Levels, or O-Levels.
Strong analytical and observational skills.
Computer proficiency.
Team management capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure with effective time management.
Prior experience in a contact center or content moderation is preferred.
