Customer Support Executive

 

Description:

Cyber System is seeking a Customer Support Executive with experience in Medical Front Desk (Inbound) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage patient interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound video calls and greet patients courteously.

  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently.

  • Perform eligibility verification for medical services.

  • Send appointment reminders to patients.

  • Manage pre-authorization requests and conduct necessary follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

  • Fluent English (both oral and verbal communication).

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel proficiency).

  • Candidates with prior experience in Medical Front Desk (Inbound) will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: 60,000 to 70,000 (depending on interview performance).

  • Paid Training: Company provides full-pay training from the date of joining.

Work Schedule:

  • Timings: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (Monday to Saturday).

  • Pick & Drop Facility: Available for female employees only.
