We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Day Shift)! 🚀

ClimaxSuite Software Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join us full-time.

📍 Location: On-premises in Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:
✅ Provide ERP technical support via phone, email, and in-person
✅ Assist with ERP implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
✅ Conduct client training sessions (individual & group)
✅ Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software
✅ Document client issues and resolutions in JIRA
✅ Stay updated on product features & industry trends
✅ Test software updates and new releases

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
💼 2+ years of ERP software support & implementation experience
🗣 Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
💻 Technical knowledge of ERP software & basic accounting
🔍 Excellent problem-solving & customer service skills
🚀 Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
