Description:

We are looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our services.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner

Flexibility to work in shifts

At least 1 year of prior Customer Service Experience
