Description:

NALTRIXS, an Australian based Business Process Outsourcing service provider, is looking for experienced "Customer Support Executive" for its foreign projects.

Salary Package: Rs 85,000 - Rs 125,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with international customers via chat, email, and calls.
  • Address customer queries.
  • Timely follow-up and resolve customer complaints within the set timeframe.
  • Support customers through inbound email, chat, and calls.
  • Strive for first contact resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and report critical customer service issues.
  • Research and provide solutions and/or alternatives to customer issues.
  • Stay flexible in department responsibilities.
  • Review performance metrics and collaborate with supervisors to enhance skills.

What we seek:

  • Proven work experience of 1-2 years in foreign campaigns associated with law firm/mortgages /insurance and real estate projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through complex situations.
  • Excellent research/analytical skills to comprehend industry-specific information and apply it effectively.
  • Educational background: Law/Business Graduates
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be comfortable with working in shifts.
  • Initiator.
  • Self motivated.
  • A team player.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Contract Length: 12 months (Will be extended based on performance).

Place of Work: Johar/Gulshan, Karachi, Sindh.
