Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and effectively, resolving complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce department for customer orders update.
• Communicate effectively with our internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Provide feedback to our management team on customer trends and issues to improve the overall customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
