Description:

We're seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be a crucial part of our customer success team, providing expert assistance to our clients while utilizing your knowledge of Linux and SQL.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.

·        Troubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.

·        Create and maintain customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.

·        Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.

 

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·        5 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support or technical support role.

·        Proficiency in Linux systems and command line.

·        Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

·        Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

·        Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
