Customer Success Specialist

 

Description:

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to existing patients and correspond through Texts and Emails.
  • Managing churn and increasing customer retention.
  • Create, maintain and update the database of patients with complete information and emails (Portfolio Management).
  • Consolidate the existing patient base while building a new patient base.
  • Maintain, at a minimum, target levels of productivity, performance, and churn control.
  • Help maintain a good team and working environment by assisting fellow employees and participating constructively.
  • Ability to guide the patient in a proper manner by applying customer satisfaction techniques.
  • Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts.

 

Requirements: -

  1. Proven 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management/ Customer Success.
  2. Two years of call center experience preferred.
  3. Proficient problem-solving and communication skills.
  4. Excellent computer skills.
