Description:

The Customer Success role is integral to closing new leads, managing customer satisfaction, retaining clients, analysing customer data, and building strong relationships. Our customers include students and parents in the UK, and the role involves matching them with the right tutors to meet their academic needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Owning and closing new leads in a timely manner.
  • Matching students with suitable tutors from our database.
  • Engaging in telephonic and video conferencing sales with UK clients.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Understanding students' requirements to arrange the best tutoring solutions.
  • Demonstrating awareness of the British education system (GCSE / A-Levels).
  • Exploring channels to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • O and A-Level educational background is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C customer service, preferably in international settings (UK).
  • Strong skills in customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent analytical and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) at a high standard.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience in the education industry and international call centre environments is preferred.
