We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting warm leads, providing exceptional client support, and handling customer queries efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers (warm leads) to convert them into sales.
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients and address their queries promptly.
  • Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain client records with accuracy.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to meet client needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent American accent.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Fast typing speed with exceptional writing abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or client servicing is a plus but not mandatory.
