  • Minimum two years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Dealing with International Clients
  • Strong business process management and optimization skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
