  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a proactive approach in understanding client requirements, addressing challenges, and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Track and report customer feedback to help refine and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Uphold professional communication standards, both written and verbal, while interacting with clients.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Support or Customer Success role.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing processes and terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM) on-site.
