Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
2-Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with orders, returns, and exchanges.
3-Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
4-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5-Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
6-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
7-Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
8-Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of LAMA assigned by the company management.
Minimum Requirements:
1-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2-Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
3-Prior strong experience in social media handling.
4-Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
5-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
8-Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
9-Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
