Customer Services Representative

 

Description:

This role is pivotal in ensuring our potential clients have a seamless experience from their first interaction with The Hive.

What You'll do:
·      Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential clients and members.
·      Generate leads by effectively communicating the value propositions of The Hive’s coworking spaces.
·      Provide accurate and detailed information to prospective clients about our services, pricing, and availability.
·      Assist in scheduling tours and meetings for prospective clients with the Community and Sales teams.
·      Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints and resolving issues promptly.
·      Perform feedback calling for leads that are either lost or won, gathering insights to improve service and sales strategies.

What You'll Need:
·      Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·      Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
·      A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
·      Fluency in English is required.
