Job Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Coordination with airlines and customers on flight booking and confirmations.
  • Liaison with stakeholders.
  • Providing shipment status from web to shipper.
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's in Supply chain/ Marketing.

Experience: Fresh To 6 Months.
